Derek LeslieODOWDO'DOWD Derek Leslie Who died at the age of 69 years on 23rd November 2010. The family would like to show their appreciation and gratitude to the staff at the Heartlands Hospital for the care Derek received during his final days. Special thanks also to the Rev'd Sior Coleman for the moving service and also for the kindness he has shown to the family at this sad time. Lastly to our children Dawn, Paul and John and our daughter-in-law Jane and son-in-law Steve and all our grandchildren, thank you for all the love and support you have given unconditionally.
